Hi, my name is Cade Hillyer and I joined the Ruhl & Ruhl team in June of 2022! A career in real estate always intrigued me as a kid, so one day I picked up the phone, made some calls, and a couple months later I became licensed Realtor in Iowa!
Prior to becoming a Realtor I had a career in healthcare. I've always enjoyed helping people when they have needs which is another reason real estate always stood out to me!
In my free time I enjoy camping, fishing, boating, trap shooting, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and my german shepherd. I've lived in southeast Iowa my entire life and I cant wait to serve our communities with their real estate needs!
